Movement & Yoga for The Hips

£8.00

Too much of one thing isn’t a good thing. Sitting? Cycling? Running? Driving? Let’s change our linear movement patterns!

When our body frees up to move in different ways, our muscles and joints react and those compensation patterns and wonky weaknesses get less apparent.

When we move our body in ways out of our norm, our bodies get challenged, forcing us to activate our stabilising muscles creating full body support.

When we move our body, you build a greater awareness and connection between our mind - body connection, developing your perception, proprioception and your senses.

I believe we’re really bad at using our full range of motion in our hips. I know from my own experience, I can go hours only using the sitting down and standing up plane of motion. But there is so much more to explore, so thanks for being here dear explorer!

Once you purchase, you’ll receive a PDF which details the link to access the class. You can come back to this class as often as you’d like, but I do ask that you don’t share beyond yourself.
