Summer Solstice

A two hour extended practice combined with yoga, meditation and journalling, in the yurt at The Happy Body Project, Bedfordshire.

A strong yoga practice to move out what's been stuck, to leave us feeling refreshed for what's to come. Celebrating the longest day of the year, we'll set intentions that mark change and new beginnings. Shaking off the old, and welcoming in the new.

  • 4 Week Yoga Fundamentals

    Wanted to try yoga, but not sure where to start? Or maybe it’s been a while since you’ve stepped into a studio and you think you’d benefit from a refresh? This 4 week course is for you! We’ll go back to basics and explore: 

    A touch of philosophy - why we practice yoga, where it came from and the purpose of the practice

    The benefits a yoga practice has on the body and the mind

    Common Yoga poses

    How to find the right variation of the pose that works for your individual anatomy, so you find a balance of comfort and strength within each pose

  • Yin Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness

    A 2 hour accumulation of practices, designed to help you connect to yourself and guide you into a state of relaxation, both mentally and physically. With our busy modern lives, it's becoming increasingly harder to slow down and switch off. This workshop aims to do just that. Rebalancing you from the inside, out, and exploring and discovering how to be in the present moment.

    We'll explore some meditation practices, to get us into our bodies, into the present moment and move our focus away from the outside distractions of our day to day busy lives.

  • Yoga for Stress and Anxiety

    Yoga has scientifically been proven to help us reduce the symptoms of stress and anxiety - in helping us regulate stress responses, increase our resiliency and manage our emotions.

    We’ll explore how to use the tools of yoga, to help us down-regulate our nervous system, reduce cortisol (stress hormone) and move us into rest and digest. We’ve dive into what happens in our body when we get stressed, how we view our emotions, how to alleviate symptoms with movement, restorative yoga poses, breath, journaling and meditation. This workshop isn’t about finding a cure, but about building your toolbox to help you find moments of relaxation.

  • Wild Canvas Camping

    Wild Canvas is a pop-up camping experience with a laid back festival vibe, set within the idyllic, riverside meadows of the magnificent Turvey House Estate in Bedfordshire.

    As well as wellbeing, there is paddleboarding, wild swimming, crafts, food, drink, music - pitch your own tent or book a Tipi for the full glamping experience.

    I taught 5 yoga sessions over the weekend of 5th-7th August 2022, a mix of calming yin and restorative, energising flow and kids and family sessions.

  • We Do Yoga Festival

    All-day yoga, pilates + fitness classes. Get zen from the inside out with sound healing and meditation classes. Inspire and enrich the mind with talks, and nourish yourself with yummy food. Before you go, find yourself some gems from local businesses!

    I taught 3 sessions across the day, including 1 x intro to arm balance workshops, a self love club free flow vinyasa designed to help you feel good, and an intro to meditation.

  • The Deep Chill

    The whirlwind of summer can be a lot! Juggling work, kids, packing, unpacking, activities, relatives. Let's carve out some space to reset, rest and find ourselves amongst the chaos.

    We'll move through a soft meditation, slow flowing yoga, followed by some yin yoga, and deep relaxation techniques. All with an aim to melt away the summer, ground and refresh our body and minds for the month and season ahead.
